Wheeler Creek CDC in partnership with the District of Columbia Housing Authority are working with former residents of the redeveloped Arthur Capper/Carrollsburg now named The Bixby for re-enty services.   

Services includes:

Scheduled appointments for case care management 

Family assesments

Address barriers to re-entry

Review credit report (upon request)

Coordination with legal services

Financial counceling with Community Based Organizations 

Tenant education training 

Conflict resolution
