OUR GOAL
The goal of the Wheeler Creek Community Development Corporation (CDC) Community Supportive Services Program (CSSP) is to provide lower income residents with support networks and resources that are vital in the progression from dependency to self-sufficiency.

Wheeler Creek Estates CDC employs professionally trained social workers and contractors who assist in identifying areas of social and economic need through family assessments and providing the appropriate services through on-site programming and referrals to partner agencies and organizations.
The CSS Program addresses social and economic matters in core areas of Housing, Employment, Education, Health, Financial Literacy and Small Business Training.
The holistic approach utilized allows participants the opportunity to grow and develop skills to enhance their personal and communitie's quality of life.
