As Executive Director of Wheeler Creek Community Development Corporation (WCCDC), Michelle leads strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing housing stability, economic empowerment, and social services for underserved populations throughout the D.C. Metro Area.

Her background includes significant roles in project management, federal and state grant management, and budget oversight, contributing to the successful execution of multimillion-dollar initiatives.

 

Michelle holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College.
